From Scott Tuomi

I have tried to set up the order based upon the preferences you indicated to me in your responses. Because there are only seven choirs, I decided to go ahead and plan the performances from 2-7 with no dinner break. I was hoping this might lead to people being able to stay and hear other choirs. If you would like me to build in a break, I can. However, I would prefer to keep things like this if possible. I am planning on going first, with the idea that my students will be able to help after that!

From past year's experience
  • Your warm-up time begins 25 minutes before your performance, but it is preferred that you warm up on stage.
  • Be sure to check-in when you arrive.
  • It has happened that a choir was late in arriving:
    • Choirs already present, who have not yet performed, may be asked to substitute in the missing choir's spot at the last minute.
    • The tardy choir then fills in the substitute choir slot.
    • This has been done to allow all groups to perform.
  • The schedule is divided into two blocks of choirs. Choirs and directors are encouraged, as much as possible, to remain in the auditorium during their block of choirs. This helps to provide each choir with an appreciative audience.
