- The festival ends late Saturday - Judges may prefer to return home on Sunday
- We use the Portland airport - PDX
- We will pick you up at the airport, no need to rent a car
Three day festival.
- Thursday - 1A/2A, 3A
- Friday - 4A, 5A
- Saturday - 6A
- Choirs move in 20 minute stages: Warm up, Perform, sight read.
- Choirs must do at least 12 minutes of music in performance.
- Choirs must be on and off the stage in 20 minutes or less.
- Max of 24 choirs per day. Twelve before lunch and 12 after lunch.
- It is good to do a variety of good choral music representing historical periods, genres, and textures.
- Consult "Texas" list for ideas about quality choral selections.
- Oregon Approved Literature List in pdf format This list has not been updated for some time.
- The Oregon ACDA is currently working to update the Oregon List
- You can get the Texas List from Sheet Music Service in Portland, Oregon
- Qualified choirs may submit to the tape pool. The director does this. VHS and DVD are the preferred formats.

Details
- There will be 9 three-step risers in the warmup room and on stage.
- There are four-step risers on stage
- The sight reading room will have five rows of 24 chairs each (120 total).
- There is no Organ for use during the contest.
